This offering is for adults 18 years and older coping with loss from death of any relationship. Guided imagery is a practice combining relaxation and visualization through guided cues to reduce stress, calm anxiety, and promote emotional well-being. This meditative practice enhances concentration, improves mental flexibility and agility, and improves mental well-being.
