The Ally’s Toolkit is a four-week educational workshop series designed to strengthen community mental health through accessible, stigma-reducing programming. The series teaches foundational mental health skills, allyship, suicide prevention, and sustainable self-care practices. Sessions are led by licensed mental health professionals and wellness educators.
Week 1 - The Ally Mindset: What it means to be a mental health ally, why allyship matters, and how supportive communities reduce stigma.
