My approach to this work is simple: To create safe spaces for people to heal and live authentically. Respecting the strengths, dignity, and worth of every person is my guiding post. I believe that healthy connection is the key to wellness, and that everyone is 100% capable of healing and achieving life they want to live.

I most enjoy partnering with adult women, men, and non-binary folk who are seeking to understand and break the patterns that keep them from living their best lives. I love this work! It is not about providing a service. It is about being of service. I begin each day with the question: How may I best serve and work with you?
