I work with teens and adults to better cope with trauma, depression, anxiety, significant life changes, LGBTQ issues, and existential fatigue. Through a collaborative approach I empower clients and enhance natural resilience while acknowledging sources of pain or discomfort. As a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) clinician, I specialize in supporting individuals as they make sense of difficult, confusing, scary, and/or life-threatening experiences from their past.
