About

I help adults who struggle with emotional reactivity, anxiety, and distractibility. I specialise in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which is typically used for individuals with addiction, trauma disorders, depression, and anxiety. I also frequently work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I use shame resilience methods and mindful self compassion. I love to incorporate art, dance, yoga, and music therapies into my work with all clients who feel comfortable with that process. I also strive to make mindfulness skills more accessible for people who struggle with sitting still.
