My therapeutic approach is empathetic, mindful, and strength based. I bring a strong appreciation for the uniqueness of each person, as together we work toward healing and growth. We can accomplish this together by utilizing various approaches; with a focus on techniques based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief/Solution Focused Therapy.
Currently I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with a wide range of challenges. I have over 15 years of experience helping individuals who face obstacles such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, social skills concerns, self esteem problems, grief and loss, anger management, and relationship issues.
I provide confidential in-office or online therapy sessions, and have flexible afternoon/evening openings throughout the week and on the weekends. I also offer a 30-minute free consultation in order to help determine if I would be a good fit for you.
