I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a specific treatment intervention for mood disorders and trauma. I have specialized training in teaching Mindfulness and Meditation skills. I have worked in social services for over 20 years in a variety of settings helping to teach and guide others to live healthier lives.
I employ a strategy that balances the candidness of a coach with the support of a nurturing cheerleader. I'm an intuitive, creative, outside of the box thinker who uses an integrative and strength based approach to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in new ways.
