Yoga is an excellent resource for trauma survivors and folks that struggle with mind-body connection generally. In the workshop, we'll touch on psychoeducation on the nervous system and vagal tone (and how/why yoga helps with nervous system healing!), do some breath work and meditation, and finish up with a gentle flow-to-restore yoga sequence. This is an introductory to yoga and meditation, so no experience is required. Feel free to share with clients you feel may benefit!



Workshop will take place at The Healing Collective at 11603 Shelbyville Rd. Suite 7 in Middletown. I'll also be offering ongoing classes on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
