Mental Wellness Summit 2020 Information
Join Mental Health Lou for our weeklong mental wellness summit! 5 days of live conversations with local experts, ranging from topics on personal growth, sex and the pandemic to minority mental wellness and how community can benefit our wellbeing.
Monday, October 5th – Friday, October 9th
Events will take place live via zoom at 9am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm EST daily Monday-Friday (10/5-10/9). Zoom video links will be sent out via email prior to the event.
*If you are unable to attend live, no worries! Still sign up and watch at a later day. All sessions will be recorded and shared with those who RSVP for the summit.

Our events are intended for ages 18+. By reserving your ticket you verify that you are age 18 or older or have parent permission to attend our live zoom events.
Each day will be packed with amazing speakers who are ready to connect, educate and mobilize our community to live fuller and more mentally well lifestyles.

Mental wellness desserts and how to foster new growth
Community as a tool
Black Girl Magic and Black Boy Joy
Day 5: Healing and growing through music
Live musicians will be joining us all day on Friday allowing us to sit and listen, or maybe even get up and move a bit to the sounds.
