Question asked: Is therapy for everyone? I just don’t feel like I am the type of person to go to therapy…but I do feel like I need help. Help!


Answered by: Erica Gay who is a licensed professional counselor associate in KY who works for OSTING individual and family services. She works with teens, adults, and couples. Some of the main areas of focus for her and the clients she works with is anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders and behavior modification.
