All are welcome.  

This workshop is offered both IN PERSON (with COVID precautions) and VIRTUALLY. 

Please choose the option that fits your life best.  (In person is nice if you need to get out of the house a bit. Virtually is nice if you would like to practice from the comfort of your own couch/bed/recliner).  Consider having a journal, pillow, eye pillow, or other items that will aide you in being comfortable.
