About the Event
You will be guided through a gentle, yet energizing Yang flow that encourages strength and stability; and culminate practice with a relaxing Yin session that invites you to release and soften into Yin poses for several minutes each. Combining the Yin and Yang elements into one session will help you achieve a truly balanced mind and body practice. Bring as many props as needed for a comfortable practice -- blankets, pillows, blocks, and bolsters are all encouraged! Hosted by Shavaun Evans.
