About the Event
Every Sunday at 6:00-7:00PM Ages 13+ will be guided through a Vinyasa style flow that is fun, challenging, and freeing! In addition to learning breathing techniques to calm to the mind, students will participate in games to create mindfulness, collaborate in partner and group poses, learn restorative yoga techniques, and deep relaxation. Students will develop compassion and self-confidence, empowering them to be agents of peace in the world.
