Every Sunday at 7:00PM, virtual only. Ages 5+. The perfect way to prepare for the joys of Mondays and a new week. Join us for a calming, bedtime class using yoga and mindfulness to relax and calm your child(ren). PJs welcome, blankets and pillows allowed. We will move and calm our bodies for the perfect night rest and motivated way to start our morning. Focus for kids only, parents/caregivers welcomed.
