About the Event
Yoga nidra requires only that you be still, comfortable, warm, listen, and feel. You’ll want to have a pillow or two, a few blankets, and maybe an eye pillow or light towel to cover your eyes with. Before class begins, find a quite place where you can set up your comfy pallet to lie down on and not be disturbed. If possible, have headphones ready as they might be nice for the sound journey. Shanna will guide you through a yoga nidra and play the bowls as you rest in your journey. You should leave this class feeling relaxed and refreshed and possibly ready to create!
