Show Up as You Are: Caregiver Support/Book Study (Wednesdays at 1:00PM, April 13- May 11)
Over the course of 5 weeks we will be reading “The Power of Showing Up” by Daniel Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson. Together, we will explore how to imperfectly but consistently show up for our kids to ensure that they feel safe, seen, soothed, and ultimately secure.

About the Event
Over the course of 5 weeks we will be reading “The Power of Showing Up” by Daniel Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson. You will need to purchase the book or check your local library. Please read the first 2 chapters before our first meeting on 4/13.
