This particular form is considered a fundamental Qigong practice...made available to Kelli by Master Liu He, a 19th generation Qigong Master. "This form of Qigong helped me to actualize my dream, becoming a practitioner of Traditional Asian Medicine, to help people...I envision a world free from pain and suffering, and I hope to achieve this goal one patient and a time..." In Chinese philosophy, heart and mind are the same; the mind rests in the heart...When the heart is calm, the mind has a place to rest; thus clarity, focus and good concentration ensues. Practicing these simple, beautiful and, anyone can learn exercises (children and elders, included), leads one to feeling a deep sense of relaxation, and harmonizes the body, mind and spirit. This form of Qigong assists us in rediscovering our innate noble hearts (the "Emperor/Empress" of all the other organs in the body), overcome fear and suffering in our daily lives and return to true happiness. Kelli Jean Carter has been practicing, One Thousand Hands Buddha Qigong, since 2009. "A daily practice that has helped me reduce pain, reach states of deep relaxation, peace, happiness, and increase mental focus. It would be an honor to share this simple, yet powerful healing method with you."
