Join Mindfulness Mentor Janet Hagerty from WBG’s Graeser Family Educational Center with its window views toward Beargrass Creek. This program will explore mindfulness as a practice to help you live in the present so you can more fully enjoy your life. In the uncertainty of our times, mindfulness helps you find peace by being more aware of the surroundings. Discover how it may be used in everyday activities. Enjoy some self-care and be introduced to beginning a mindfulness practice.
Janet Hagerty has practiced mindfulness and meditation for five years and is a Mindfulness Mentor at the Passionist Earth and Spirit Center. She recently completed a year-long Mindfulness Meditation Training Program and loves sharing the benefits of mindfulness with others.
