Kids Summer Camp
Ages 5-9. M-W 9:00-11:00AM In all of our summer camps your child(ren) will have a balanced mix of yoga, creative crafts, mindfulness & of course FUN! We will be taking advantage of our outdoor space providing several outdoor activities.

We will be doing a daily craft and be provided with a personal journal and journaling time along with learning ways to relax and understanding mindfulness and the power of our thoughts.
