During a forest bathing session you will be guided on a leisurely walk on gentle paths under the forest canopy with guided activities to help you open your senses, hone your intuition and experience the forest as you never have before. By tuning into scent, sight, sound, touch, taste, we slow down and begin to connect with the forest by way of guided exercises or what we call “invitations.” We draw upon mindfulness meditation practices and techniques of deep nature connection. This is not a hike or a long walk. We will cover a relatively small amount of distance, so all are welcome regardless of age, fitness level or outdoor experience. Please use bug spray and sunscreen before we enter the forest. Please dress in layers and bring blankets, gloves and hat for cold weather. Please bring a full water bottle! This is a donation based event. Suggested donation is $20 or give what you can. Ages 18+ (anyone younger than 18 must have parent/guardian/adult present). No pets please. Meet in parking lot.
